Through destinonarra.com, Destino Navarra, S.L. provides an online platform through which it offers different types of tourist services or tourist packages (balcony rentals for the running of the bulls, breakfasts, dinners, guided tours and other services), related to the San Fermín festivities, and Users of the website can make reservations.
Although we try to make our service as accurate as possible, Destino Navarra, S.L. cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. Destino Navarra, S.L. is not responsible for errors (such as obvious and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and/or partial server failures or repairs, updates and maintenance of our website or other reasons), inaccurate, misleading or false information, or lack of information.
Our services are for personal and non-commercial use only. Algunas tarifas u ofertas especiales no permiten cambios ni cancelaciones.
El Usuario que desee revisar, modificar o cancelar una reserva, deberá consultar en el e-mail de confirmación y seguir las instrucciones indicadas. Se podrán aplicar suplementos por cancelación conforme a las condiciones de cancelación del paquete o servicio turístico.

To the extent permitted by law, Destino Navarra, S.L. is only liable for direct damages suffered, paid or incurred by the User due to defects attributable to our obligations in reference to our services, up to a total amount of the total cost of the User’s reservation (whether for one event or a series of events).
However, and to the extent permitted by law, Destino Navarra, S.L. shall not be liable for: (i) special, indirect or consequential losses or damages, loss of production, profits, revenue, contracts, as well as loss or damage to customers or reputation and loss of claims; (ii) errors relating to the description of information (including information on prices, availability and ratings) of the package or service on our website; (iii) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) loss, damage or cost suffered, incurred or paid by you arising out of or in connection with the use, unavailability or delay of our website; or (iv) any (personal) injury, death, property damage or other (direct or indirect, consequential or punitive) loss, damage or cost suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether caused by (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct of third parties, omissions, non-performance of third parties, misrepresentation, strict tort or (wholly or partially) third party liability in connection with the package or tour service, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other act beyond our control.

In no case shall it be understood that allowing Users access to the website implies a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of said rights by Destino Navarra, S.L.
